Make sure that in the "List Names From" box the local PC is selected!
Select the following users and add them:
• IUSR
• IWAM
• System
• Interactive
• Administrator
Accept the dialog with OK. Check if the required members are added in the Registry Value Permissions.
Subsequently reboot the system!
